This subreddit and its mods are in no way associated with BioWare or EA. So i was curious if everyone was as pleased with DA:I as i am and decided to check metacritic user score and found that a majority of the reviews were negative. This was suprising to me since i have had very few issues with the stability of the game and i rate it very highly among my top RPGs like Fallout 1&2 BG1&2 VTM:Bloodlines etc etc. It seems many people have issues with the interface and i cant say anything about that since im using a controller but does anyone else have any clue as to why this is? Its getting almost as bad reviews as AC:Unity wich i heard was a mess of a port. It makes me a little sad that the devs of this amazing game will get weighed down by such overwhelming criticism. Ehhhh, I'd argue that he's looking at the PC reviews, if you look at the console reviews they're far more generous.

A lot of PC players are having issues, on release day the top two or three threads were all PC users having problems, we're still crashing and having control/UI issues, we're just sort of used to them and no longer complaining. Anyhow, metacritic is like any review site, I find that it's an invaluable resource and incredibly helpful, just skim the comments rather than relying solely on the average, make your own judgement on the game based on the reviews, not the numbers. The user review section on Metacritic is filled with idiots, fanboys, and stone-cold barefaced liars who decided to hate the game years ago. A loooot of reviews from the 18th - it doesn't give the specific time, but I wouldn't be surprised to see that a lot of them were from 12:01 AM. You see people blaming the game for their own stupidity - one guy wants to hate the game because it 'won't let him level up,' citing the error message you only get if you try to level up mid combat. I cannot think, off hand, of any RPG that will allow you to level up mid-combat.
